SALES TERMS :
All orders are subject to B.F Vanities’s final acceptance as well as the receipt of the customer’s deposit at the signature of the quotation document. Quotations cannot be cancelled by the customer after signature. All prices and payments are in Canadian funds (US funds for United States' customers) and payable at B.F Vanities’s head office. Payment terms are as indicated on the order signed by the customer. Terms are at discretion of B.F Vanities’s head office from the negociated terms and included on the order/quotation document : All commercial orders must be pre-approved for credit by EDC of Canada only. Late payment charges : 2 % per month (24 % per year). B.F Vanities shall remain the sole owner of the products until full payment is received by B.F Vanities. Customer will keep the product fully insured , in good condition and will not install, alter or work on the product until fully paid. B.F Vanities cannot be responsible for any changes in delivery dates, time or conditions of the delivery. All delivery dates are approximates and subject to change at all times. B.F Vanities is not responsible for any delivery delays due to shipping, acts of God, fires, strikes, lay-offs, ban on products, U.S – Canada border regulation changes, insurrections, riots, embargos, supplier’s back orders on parts and components, requirements or regulations of national, state, municipal or any other local authorities regarding building codes. All orders and sales are governed under the laws of the Province of Quebec. Lawsuits, complaints or any other disputes will be settled only in a court of law of the Province of Quebec. |

WARRANTY. This limited warranty is extended to all and only end users of B.F Vanities. Your B.F Vanities product is warranted to be free from defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship. If such a defect appears during the term of this warranty, B.F Vanities will, at its option (1) repair the defective product, (2) replace the defective materials. If replacement is elected, B.F Vanities will not be responsible for installation or refinishing of replacement parts. This limited lifetime and transferable guarantee to follower owners (on presentation of original invoice) is valid on all stratified / melamine, thermoplastic (10 years limited), synthetic marble (5 years limited)and quartz top (15 years limited) for all other materials from the date your B.F Vanities product was originally purchased and is subject to the further conditions and exclusions set forth below. The warranty of replacement products (including upgrades thereto) furnished pursuant to this warranty will be limited to the remainder of the warranty period of the original product. CLAIMS UNDER THESE WARRANTIES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE APPEARANCE OF A DEFECT.
CONDITIONS AND EXCLUSIONS.
B.F Vanities builds its vanities to be durable and long lasting. There are certain conditions or applications, however, over which B.F Vanities has no control. Defects or problems as a result of such conditions or applications are not the responsibility of B.F Vanities. They include:
• THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO B.F VANITIES’S PRODUCTS INSTALLED ON FLOORS THAT ARE NOT PROPERLY LEVELLED AND EVEN.
• Improper installation, field finishing or maintenance. B.F Vanities guarantees that all its products are working properly before leaving our plant. Installation in buildings that are not finished or still under construction with no heating or air conditioning will void any warranty on the vanity if the construction is kept without heat/humidity control systems for more than 10 days after installation of our products. Furthermore, all our vanities must be installed in humidity controlled and properly ventilated bathrooms. High humidity levels are not considered normal conditions. B.F Vanities’s installation procedure must be strictly followed. Our products must be installed within 10 days from the delivery date and/or must be stored in a climate controlled area before installation and no more than 15 days before installation.
• Finish failures on wood/stratified/melamine such as minor scratches on the finish or stain due to delivery or manipulations during deliveries are not considered defects. If pine is used, B.F Vanities will not guarantee the potential bleeding of the wood. Although we take maximum care and apply an approved protector for sap bleeding on pine wood prior to the final finish application, pine may bleed. It is a natural process that may happen and that we cannot fully control prior to shipping.

• Corrosion of metals (screws, bolts, hardware) or other components due to environmental conditions such as air pollutants, acid rain, acid air, coastal locations and applications or other corrosive substances are not covered by our extended warranty .
• Normal wear or discoloration of finishes, including the tarnishing of brass or copper and thermoplastic panels.
• Any misuse, modification or alterations made without B.F Vanities’s written consent.
• Variations in the color and grain of natural wood parts. Unless specified an approved by B.F Vanities, our experts may select wood pieces so they match the colors and grains. A surcharge will apply for such a procedure due to extra manipulation and time for selection of wood parts. Environmental conditions or use exceeding design standards.
• Special glass or glazings and/or mirrors. Minor glass imperfections that do not affect normal vision or product performance, including curvature of glass due to atmospheric conditions. All non wood materials used in the construction, add-ons, will be on seprate warranties from the manufacturers of such add-ons)
• Electric operators, hardware, hinges, bolts and other mechanisms. (Please see separate warranty for electric operators from the manufacturers of the products.) Furthermore, B.F Vanities cannot be held responsible for any equipment or installations that may fail (lighting fixtures, water and plumbing attachments, couplings, pumps, water heaters, electrical plugs, razor outlets or any other products that did not come with the original B.F Vanities contract with the customer
• Warpage of 1/4”(6 mm) or less of door/panels/drawers stiles and rails.
YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL LOSSES OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER SHALL BE AS SPECIFIED ABOVE. WE SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, HOWEVER OCCASIONED, WHETHER BY NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND NO PERSON (INCLUDING ANY EMPLOYEE, AGENT, DEALER OR REPRESENTATIVE) IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY CONCERNING THIS PRODUCT, EXCEPT TO REFER PURCHASERS TO THIS WARRANTY. THIS WARRANTY IS NOT A WARRANTY OF FUTURE PERFORMANCE BUT ONLY A WARRANTY TO REPAIR/REPLACE OR REFUND
